Special Counsel Objects To Dismissing Hunter Biden Tax Case After Pardon

Special Counsel David Weiss rejected claims from President Joe Biden and Democrats that he selectively prosecuted Hunter Biden in court filings. He also objected to dismissing charges following a sweeping pardon.

President Biden granted his son a “full and unconditional pardon” on Sunday evening after he and members of his administration claimed for months that he would not pardon his son’s convictions for federal gun and tax crimes.
