BREAKING: Stunning Update on Control for The U.S. House

Republicans have regained the White House and Senate in the 2024 election, turning attention to the House. Speaker Mike Johnson expressed confidence in keeping his role, believing House Republicans would maintain their majority.

Johnson emphasized the importance of consistency, saying, “To run our playbook effectively, you need the same team and quarterback.” He noted that holding the majority would likely come down to close races in New York and California.

Early Wednesday, Trump approached the Electoral College votes needed for a second term. Celebrating in West Palm Beach, he called it “a magnificent victory for the American people” and mentioned winning the popular vote, as supporters chanted “USA! USA!”
